Sessions are required be paid for in advance of treatment for both Online and In - Person appointments through our online portal.
Cancellation Policy:
We are a small practice with a waiting list. Please try to give at least 48hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session as this will give the necessary time required for someone else to be able to make an appointment. If you need to cancel your session, we will do our best to re-schedule your appointment within the same calendar week either online or in - person.
